Aereo Sued by Boston TV Station
The TV station is attempting to prevent Aereo from retransmitting its over-the-air indicators without a permit and claims the administration will hurt the station, Variety reports.
"Assuming that Aereo is allowed to benefit from the unapproved retransmission of copyrighted TV modifying, WCVB will be denied of existing and potential income streams from promoting and commissioned retransmissions," the association said at the protest.
Aereo isn't at the first presence in court over this sort of issue. One judge has as of recently controlled in the association's support and Aereo has indexed a solicitation for a preparatory directive movement which might permit the association to deny all comparable claims against it depends upon that governing alone.
